Returns & Refunds Policy

At Cre8tionary, each order is created with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products and services, we maintain the following policy:

Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, workbooks, templates, downloadable files, digital designs, and training materials are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a digital product has been delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Custom-Made Products

All custom-made and personalized items are created specifically for each customer and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom apparel

  • Party favors

  • Personalized gifts

  • Event décor

  • Custom drinkware

  • Custom printed products

  • Special-order items

Order Changes

Need to make a change to your custom order?

All requests for design changes, personalization updates, or custom order modifications must be submitted to:

Change requests are not guaranteed once production has begun.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items may only be canceled if:

  • The cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

  • The order does not include a rush processing fee.

  • Production has not already begun.

Orders containing rush fees are considered priority production orders and are not eligible for cancellation.
